About Barabari Collective
Barabari Collective runs an intensive, mentor-led software engineering programme that takes students with high potential but limited prior access to tech — first-generation graduates from tier 2/3 colleges and women re-entering the workforce — and routes them into junior engineering roles at credible companies. The curriculum is built around real-world projects, paired with a long-running mentor network and a placement engine that holds itself accountable to actual placement outcomes rather than graduation rates.
